lately I keep pinning all kinds of fitness inspiration on pinterest, but i just cannot get motivated to work out. i used to get up at 5am and go to the gym for an hour before work. 5 days a week. every week. not sure what happened to that girl. now you're more likely to find me hitting the snooze button. so, let's here any and all workout advice you have. oh, and healthy eating? i'll take those tips too. please and thank you.

DeleteI *just* finished typing up a post on how I've been staying motivated lately to stay in shape, I'm so nervous to hit publish on it, but let me tell you, you are not alone! My first tip is to back away from Pinterest. Those "fitspiration" posts aren't much better than thinspo, and think of all that time you could be jogging instead of being on Pinterest! ;) But really, if you power through it (even kicking and screaming) it starts to get soooo much easier! Wishing you all the best of luck (and I'm not officially obsessed with your hair color!)
ReplyDeleteoooh i can't wait to read your tips! i went jogging last night with a friend, which definitely helps! i'm more likely to quit earlier if i'm alone. good call about pinterest...i'm guilty of having a fitness board on there, with some unrealistic images!
